Double wall diesel gasoline tank leakage detector, SYW-E tank monitoring system for fuel service station

Double Wall Tank Leakage Detecting Instrument consist of GH-SLI Console and SYW-E Sensor. It can make a distinction between water and oil, enjoys real - time monitoring function.

SYW-E leak detection sensor consists of piezoelectric crystal, oscillating circuit, rectifier circuit and microprocessor etc. Piezoelectric crystal and oscillating circuit generate square wave with a certain frequency, and the square wave frequency is the natural frequency of vibration of piezoelectric crystal, belonging to the physical property of sensor. When oscillator plate of sensor gets in touch with liquid, vibration frequency will change significantly; this frequency change is collected and perceived by microprocessor inside the shell, and the microprocessor and peripheral circuit judge that the contact liquid is oil or water according to the change of frequency, and hereby infer that inner leakage or outer leakage happens to double-compartment tank. This sensor is not disturbed by the liquid structure, turbulence, agitation, vibration and other circumstances, and not limited by the light, with impact resistance, which can adapt to more complex scene environment. In addition, compared with leak detection sensors with other principles, this sensor is featured by stronger anti-interference ability.

Safety: Explosion-proof gradeis ExiaIIBT4 issued by PCEC. The sensor structure is 304 stainless.

Stability: frequency variation of piezoelectric transducer belong to physical attribute, without structure, light and other factors interference. It can adapt to the complex environment, and with great anti - interference performance.

Intelligent trouble diagnosis: alarm lamp will flash when anything goes wrong with sensor. Users can informfactory alarm lamp status so that technicians judge the faults and repair it.

Intelligent oil/water diagnosis: detecting water and oil between the two layers of double-deck tank,when there are lakegae between the two layer of tank, the SYW-E Sensor will detetect it.

Simple Installation:485 protocol bus standard, easy for installation. Can share the same wire with level meter.

Reserve switch output port, can realize interlocking control after connect with other equipments.
