Cardboard Box Making Machine adapt electrical plate adjustment,PLC and imported electrical components,feeding section adopts independent electrical control,operation on rail with stable performance and easy to control and opreate. This machine is specilized for cardboard and corrugated cartons, its correction function make corrugated cartons perfectly meeting the requirments of packaing industry.(we can customized for other sizes)

Cardboard Box Making Machine Features

  1. Automatically feed paper and greyboard;
  2. 24 hours control for glue pre-heating;
  3. Automatically cut and heat tape to paste the greyboard box’s quad stayer (four corners), with independent man-machine control;
  4. Spotter by camara and robot arm (spotting accuracy ≤0.05mm.) ;
  5. Wrapping unit can automatically and continually deliver box, wrap paper, fold corner edge, fold in and form box;
  6. Remodel for irregular boxes and plastic boxes (optional);
  7. Automatic control system for glue viscosity(optional).
