SWT25120F automatic cable tie applicator consists of a fixed cable tie gun, a host machine and a vibration bowl. It could hold items together with cable ties, and cut the excess zip ties off. All operations would be done in 1S once tread the pedal.

Product features

1. Using loose cable ties, vibration feeding, transferred them to cable tie gun via hose.

2. Cable tie gun could be fixed in the bench or assembly line. So operators could hold items by two hands.

3. With heating function. In cold days, you could adjust this function to protect cable ties toughness.

4. With a foot pedal. It begins to wrap, tighten and cut off cable ties once tread the pedal.

5. The binding forces are adjusted by turning a knob.

6. Be able to handle the work pieces with step features.

7. With wheels and foot cups.
