Automatically wrapping and tighten cable ties until reach the set tension force, cut excess tails off and collect them into a box.

Automatic cable tie tool advantages

1. The cable tie gun is fixed in the bench. So worker can hold items by two hands.

2. One key control – once tread the pedal, the machine start to work and bundle items with cable ties.

3. Using loose cable ties W2.5 * L120mm, vibration feeding, transferred into the gun.

4. The binding forces are adjustable.

5. Auto detecting jammed and dealing with it. If there is any cable tie jammed in the tool gun, the machine would stop running and clean the jammed cable tie, then restart again.
