Automatic cable tie gun for tying copper tubes
Automatic cable tie gun can automatically tie nylon cable ties and cut the excess materials after tightening. The bundle speed is 1.0Seconds per cable tie.
Basic applications
Be suitable for bundle different sizes of cylindrical objects(Less than Max bundle diameter), such as silicone rubber tubes, soft tubes with insulation cottons, small rubber tubes in soap dispensers, copper tubes in refrigeration systems.

Working process
Operation process: put nylon zip ties into vibration bowl – load and distribute – put wire harness/tubes or other products in the middle of jaws of cable tie gun – tread the foot pedal - finish bundle

1. Cable ties material: nylon PA66 only
2. Cable ties size: W2.5 *L120 * T1.1mm; head size: L4.6*W4.7*H3.8mm

4. Shape: straight, no burr/flash

1. Use loose nylon cable ties and bundle them automatically.
2. Automatically wrap, tighten cable ties and cut the excess tail parts once operator pedals the foot pedal.
