Nylon cable tie installation machine can bind nylon zip ties in fast and stable speed. It takes 0.8S to bundle a cable tie. A cable tie gun can save 2 workers even more.

Description of nylon zip tie gun

1. Handler needs to put nylon cable ties into the vibration bowl. Zip ties would be sorted and relined.

2. When worker treads foot pedal, nylon tie wraps would be transferred into the position of the jaws, then tied, tighten and cut.

3. The binding force is controlled by mechanical device. It is more stable and accurate.

4. The nylon cable tie machine (Desktop type) can tighten harness with PVC sleeve, no need to pre-heating in advance.

5. The bundle force is adjustable by turning a knob.
