Description:

Automatic protein energy coconut date ball roller machine is designed by Papa Industrial for ball shape products rolling and forming. This ball roller machine is small size and button control, speed adjustable. The ball roller machine consists of two parts: stainless steel frame structure and aluminum material rolling wheel with teflon coated.

The ball roller machine can be separately used as a manual ball roller machine or combine the dough extruder as an automatic ball making machine to form the ball shape. If the ball roller machine is separately used, it requires customer to prepare the dough first, then put the dough into the rolling wheel by hand one by one; If the ball roller machine is combined after the dough extruder machine, there is no need manually to put the dough one by one, the dough extruder will cut the dough and convey the dough into the rolling wheel automatically. Besides, coconut flakes coating machine can be added if customer want to coat coconut flakes, powder, or grounded nuts outside the ball.

The ball rolling machine is mainly designed for rolling protein ball, energy ball, energy bites, date ball, coconut ball, chocolate ball and so on. Now the ball rolling machine is also used to make other ball products like tamarind ball, marzipan ball, sesame ball, truffles, bunelos, ladoo, cake pops, rum ball, cookie dough ball and so on.

No matter be used as a protein ball roller, energy ball roller, energy bites roller or date ball roller, the ball diameter of the ball rolling machine must be a certain size, if customer need other ball sizes, he need to add extra rolling wheels, the ball diameter is 10-50 mm.
