Automatic stuffed energy bar production line

Description:

Automatic stuffed energy bar production line consists of: P160 Automatic energy bar encruting machine, Automatic energy bar cutting machine and Automatic tray arranger machine. The P160 Automatic energy bar encrusting machine is used as the energy bar extruder to from the stuffed or non-stuffed bar rope or roll rope, the date bar cutting machine is used to cut the rope into bars, squares, bites, rolls, discs, etc, the tray arranger machine is used to collect the final products in order.

The stuffed energy bar making machine can make two type of products: 1. stuffed products, such as stuffed date bar, stuffed date cookies, stuffed date roll, stuffed bar shape cookies, fig newtons, fig roll, etc. It can also make other stuffed products like stuffed churros, etc. 2. Non-stuffed products, such as date paste bar, fruit bar, date roll, date bites, energy squres, date discs, cookie discs, etc. The stuffed date bar machine can also make three layers, two layers or double color bar shape cookies.

The filled energy bar making machine just need to take the innter nozzle out of the encrusting machine for making non-stuffed bars. For non-stuffed bars like date paste bar which requires bag packaging, It can connect flow packaging line automatically. For stuffed bars like stuffed date cookies which requires baking, It can connect tunnel baking oven or collect the bar by trays.

The complete energy bar production line incudes mixer, encrusting machine, date bar cutter, tray arranger, conveyor, baking oven, flow wrapping machine. Optional equipment can be added to the date bar production line, such as maamoul stamping machine for making maamouls and mooncakes, ball roller machine for making energy balls and date balls, wire cut machine for making wire cut cookies and panda cookies,etc.
