Description
A. Electrolytic acid pickling part: PP plats with thickness 10-15mm is use for tank body making, whole body is made in close type, acid resistant stainless steel made roller φ300mm, magnetic pump is used for liquid circulation, rectifier 500A/12V use for electrolytic acid pickling.
B. Galvanizing part: PP plats with thickness 10-15mm is use for tank body making, whole body is made in close type, acid resistant stainless steel made roller φ400mm, acid resistant pump is used for liquid circulation, rectifier 1000A/12V is used for zinc coating, anode is made of 4*45mm Ti plate. Towing motor is 5.5KW.
C. Baking part: Short circuit heating and voltage regulator for temperature adjusting are adopted, temperature control is very easy and have little energy consumption.
D. Wire take-up: φ550mm spools for wire take-up, torque motor 40N·m offer stable tension force control.
E. Total length of whole machine: 12m.
F. Production speed: 100-120m/min, speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion motor.
