Product Description

This equipment is mainly used for mattress quilting fabric, thick fabric side lock, and automatically related to the non-woven fabric sewn tight to the edge of the mattress fabric.

The equipment has the following characteristics:

5. Differential ratio can be fine-adjusted to precisely adjust the differential ratio of feeding teeth;

6. With needle and thread cooling device, white ore oil is extremely lubricated, which helps to avoid the phenomenon of broken needle, broken wire, jumper wire, etc.

7. Adopt two-needle and five-thread synchronization, equipped with powerful auxiliary feeding system, which can provide accurate feeding and beautiful stitching

8. Adopt imported electronic positioning motor and controller to control sewing speed;

9. Automatic lifting of presser foot is controlled by starting, and pin position is controlled by encoder;
