1.PLC and touch screen control, all the running parameter can be set and shown.

2.Adopt double-sided structure, high output and high pressure Adopt variable frequency motor, increase the torque in low speed.

3.Install the pressure sensor inside the pressure roller shaft, show the actual pressure during work

4. The pressure sensor is placed on the upper pressure axle to display the tablet pressure;

5. The lower pressure wheel drive adopts worm gear transmission, which has self-locking function and increases the stability of pressing large diameter

6. Increase electromagnetic clutch to improve starting torque;

7. Automatic lubrication device is adopted to ensure the sufficient lubrication of punch and rail;

8. Double enveloping hourglass worm drive is adopted. The worm wheel and worm bear the surface contact. It has the characteristics of large load, high efficiency and long service life

9. Optional function of pressing double color chip;

10. Forced feeder is optional;

11. The upper punch adopts roller structure, which can greatly reduce the wear of rail and punch head neck caused by heavy weight of punch rod;

12. It can be equipped with automatic disc mechanism, which can avoid the impact of the finished product on the guide plate after pressing, and solve the sticking phenomenon between one side and the nail punching surface caused by sticking materials when pressing large pieces.
