Preparation work before installation

Please make sure that the sliding gate is correctly installed, the gate rail is horizontal, and the gate can be manually moved smoothly before installing the gate opener.

Cable installation

In order to guarantee the normal operation of the gate opener and protect the cables from damages, please bury the motor & power cable and controlling cable separately with two PVC tubes.

Concrete pedestal

Please precast a concrete pedestal with the size can firmly install the gate opener. Please make sure the distance between the gate and gate opener is appropriate before casting the pedestal.

Preparation before installation

a)Before installation, remove the metal casing on the main engine and properly keep the relevant fasteners;

b)Due to the different installation environment, users are required to prepare their own power cables to connect the installation base plate and the host machine (220V power wire cores shall be no less than 3 cores, 380V power wire cores shall be no less than 4 cores, and the sectional area of the wire cores shall not be less than 1.5mm, the length shall be determined by the user according to the situation of the installation site);
