The automatic sliding gate operator is a device specially designed for 800kg heavy weight gates. How the Residential Automatic Sliding Gate Opener Works?

The working principle of the automatic translation gate opener is to realize the translation opening and closing operation of the door through the electric drive device. The specific working process is as follows:

1. Controller control: The user sends instructions to the controller through wireless buttons or other control devices, and the controller performs corresponding processing after receiving the instructions.

2. Motor drive: The controller transmits instructions to the motor, and the motor starts working after receiving the instructions. The motor transmits power to the transmission mechanism through the rotating shaft.

3. The transmission mechanism rotates: The transmission mechanism starts to rotate after receiving the power from the motor, and transmits the power to the door body. The transmission mechanism usually uses gears, chains or belts to enable the door to be opened or closed in translation.

4. Gate body translation: The gate body begins to translate to open or close after receiving the power from the transmission mechanism. The gate body usually consists of gate panels, gate frames and guide rails. Through the guidance and support of the guide rails, the gate body can be opened and closed smoothly.

5. Safety protection: The automatic sliding gate hoist is equipped with multiple safety protection devices, such as safety sensing devices and automatic locking devices. The safety sensing device can detect obstacles around the door to avoid safety accidents such as pinches, collisions and illegal intrusions. The automatic locking device can automatically lock the door after it is closed, increasing the safety of the door.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Installation
SL800AC/SL1000AC/SL1500AC/SL2000AC sliding gate opener is applicable to gate weight less than 800kg/1000kg/1500kg/2000kg, and length of the sliding gate less than 12m. The drive mode adopts the rack and gear transmission. This gate opener must be installed inside the enclosure or yard for protection.

Installation procedures

Preparation work before installation
Please make sure that the sliding gate is correctly installed, the gate rail is horizontal, and the gate can be manually moved smoothly before installing the gate opener.

Cable installation
In order to guarantee the normal operation of the gate opener and protect the cables from damages please bury the motor & power cable and controlling cable separately with two PVC tubes.

Concrete pedestal
Please precast a concrete pedestal with the size can be 500mm x 300mm, depth be 250mm in advance, so as to firmly install SL800AC/SL1000AC/SL1500AC/SL2000AC gate opener. Please make sure the distance between the gate and gate opener is appropriate before
casting the pedestal.
