Automatic OPP / BOPP Hot Melt Labeling Machinery for Bottles

Feature:

1. AC 3-Phase Invertor and PLC controlled system.
2. The Hot Melt Labeling Machine Body is built with stainless steel, aluminum alloy and square steel tubes.
3. Structure of square welded tubes and steel beams ensure stable and smooth operations at high speed performance.
4. Centralized lubricating system for simple and effortless on maintenance, lubrication and cleaning.
5. With photo-sensors to detect label output and automatically self-regulated production speed for integrating production line with other machines.

6. Emergency Stop Safety Device which disables the machine when senses an abnormality.
7. Automatic warning system and alarm will be activated when it is out of label.
8. Include such mechanisms as label-providing, belt-conveying, label-cutting, wheels-attaching, vacuum-adsorbing, hot sol-conveyance

The labeling Machine is suitable for all kinds of cylindrical objects, such as glass bottles, Plastic bottles.jars ,cans etc

2. Cut the entire pattern, labels will not deformation, the start and the terminal paint glue in net, this paint glue system can save 50% glue, label inaccuracy ± 0.05mm, the top and bottom of the labels press very well, the whole label is smooth, no mismatch, no leaking glue, no opening.
