5 gallon water production line include Auto-Decapper, External bottle brushing, Internal bottle brushing, Inside sterilizer, Rinsing, Filling, Capping, Neck label shrinker, Auto bag machine, Pallitizer, enabling full automatic intelligent production.
This line is mainly used for filling pure water or mineral water of 3 - 5 gallon bottle.

Product Description:
1) The machine combines the functions of rinsing, filling and capping.
2) Whole body of the machine is made of stainless steel with anti-corruption and easy-rinsing.
3) The main electrical parts are from Siemens and Omron.
4) Pneumatic parts are imported.
5) Rinsing nozzles adopt American spraying system technology.
