A rotor motor winding machine is a type of equipment used to efficiently create motors for a variety of electronic applications. These machines play a crucial role in the production process of motors.
The new Six Flying Fork Rotor Winding Machine is a significant improvement from traditional single flying fork winding machines, with a reported 5-6 times higher efficiency. What's more, it is a fully automated system, requiring only one person to operate it. The machine has a compact design, making it space-efficient and easy to integrate into different manufacturing setups. It includes core loading, winding, finishing, testing, and blanking processes in its efficient production line.
The machine is equipped with high-speed and efficient Max 10 axes synchronized controllers, which allow for precise positioning along any shape of the core and high-speed winding.
The main former and optional side former are controlled by an AC servomotor, utilizing our expertise in intermittent wire feed for traverse movement to achieve accurate winding.
The wire clamp mechanism holds and cuts wire simultaneously, eliminating any scrap wire during the winding process.
Our machine is designed to be integrated into a system with pre and after-process capabilities through a free slow system, allowing for easy loading and unloading of cores.
The modular design of each unit allows for effortless change and assembly, making maintenance and customization a breeze.
With six stations of flying fork winding, our machine boasts a yield rate of over 99%, ensuring a high production output.
Multiple units can be linked together to create an automated production line.
Features a tension wire breakage alarm and program modification via touchscreen, making it easy to operate and learn.
Our machine offers various winding modes and allows for quick mold changeovers, making it compatible with a wide range of products.
With a large program storage capacity and reserved automation ports, our machine boasts high compatibility with other automated systems.

Process the rotor winding
1. Load the bobbin onto the spindle of the motor winding machine. Secure the bobbin in place to prevent any movement during the winding process. The tooling serves as the foundation for the wire coils.
2. Start the motor winding machine to initiate the winding process. The machine will rotate the bobbin and guide the wire onto it according to the specified parameters.
3. End winding, once the desired number of turns or layers is reached, secure the ending end of the wire to the bobbin.
4. Carefully remove the fully wound bobbin from the spindle. Take care to avoid any damage to the wound coils during the unloading process.
