Function:

Automatic wire feeding and cutting, stripping of the tail of the wire, clearing the talcum powder at the tail of the wire, CCD1 distinguishing the color of the core wire, separating the core wire of the tail, shaping the core wire of the tail, cutting and stripping the core wire of the tail, CCD2 detection, C13 plug crimping, wire head Part stripping, removing talcum powder at the head of the wire, CCD3 color identification, core wire separation, core wire shaping, core wire cutting and peeling, CCD4 detection, CCC plug crimping/CEE7/7 plug crimping(2 types of plug can share one machine. It is optional), automatic unloading.

Applicable Plug Insert:

A single plug insert can be selected, such as plug Type B, Type D, Type E, Type F, Type G, I, N, J L etc..... with ending C13 plug.

Or you can choose a combination of 2 to 3 types of plugs and C13 plugs for one machine, which has strong versatility. The plug insert is customized according to customer requirements.
