Descrption

The CX-05D cutting and stripping machine processes wires with a cross section of 1.5 to 70 mm² with maximized productivity up to 2500 pcs./h!

1. 12-roller driving with belts feeding. Strong feeding force, highly precise feed length as per program set with 0.1 mm increment and no scratch mark on wire insulation/jacket guarantee, which is widely applied in defense industry, medical industry, information and communication technology (ICT) industry etc.

2. Programmable and intuitive roller gap and roller pressure setup on PLC touch screen, no need manual adjustment.

3. Longer left side stripping length (max.400 mm), thanks to the auto-open function of left roller set.

4. Memory capacity of 100 programs with specific 3-layer stripping program for shield cable.

5. Optional middle strip module, slit module.

6. Optional pre-feeder, stacker and coiler.
