How to use the RJ45 Network Cable Connector Crimping Machine?

Switch/reset switch total 3 gear adjustments

1. Auto-sensing: put into the crystal head will automatic sensing crimping.
2. Sleep position: no buttons can be operated.
3.Foot pedal position: can only be operated with a pedal controller.

Switch adjuster: total 2 gear adjustments

1. Power switch:control the power on.
2.Mold adjustment switch: activates the operation of the mode adjustment control switch.

Indicator light/troubleshooting light

1.If the light is not on means the power is not turned on.and you can turn it on by turning the mode adjustment switch to gear1:If the
light is still not onplease check whether the fuse at the back is blown.

Moud adjusting controller
Control the knife mold up/down

Upper knife mold: adjust the lifting height of knife mold
1. If the pressure is not enough, please loosen the upper knife fixing screw and fine-tune the pressure adjustment nut.
2. If it is not puncturedfine-tune the height of the inner blade.
3. Support a variety of knife molds.
