Automatic feeding: Adopt an intelligent warehousing and automatic conveying system.
Assembly system: Multiple high-precision manipulators work together. The manipulator is equipped with special fixtures and can accurately grab and install components such as the valve body, valve core, and spring of the solenoid valve. Force sensors and displacement sensors are set up at key assembly stations to monitor the assembly process in real time to ensure assembly accuracy. For example, during the process of installing the valve core into the valve body, the insertion depth and force are strictly controlled to ensure sealing.
Detection system: Equipped with a variety of detection equipment to conduct comprehensive detection of solenoid valves. Including airtight detection equipment to detect the sealing performance of solenoid valves; electrical performance detection equipment to detect parameters such as the coil resistance and inductance of solenoid valves; flow detection equipment to detect the flow control accuracy of solenoid valves. Detection data is automatically uploaded to the production management system for quality tracing and analysis.
Control system: Adopt an advanced PLC control system and combine industrial Ethernet technology to realize the automatic control and data communication of the production line. Operators can monitor the running status of the production line, adjust parameters and handle alarm information in real time through the touch screen human-machine interface. The control system also has an intelligent fault diagnosis function that can quickly locate and eliminate faults.
