Electronic expansion valve (EXV) assembly line equipment automotive automation solution
The design of the EV EXV (Electric Vehicle Electronic Expansion Valves) focuses on flexibility and high efficiency.
Feeding and transportation: Use an intelligent warehousing system to automatically retrieve the required parts according to production needs and transport them to the assembly line through AGVs (automated guided vehicles). AGVs can flexibly shuttle between different workstations according to preset paths, improving the efficiency of material distribution.
Assembly workstation: A modular assembly workstation is designed, which can be quickly adjusted and replaced according to the requirements of different products. For example, for valve bodies and valve cores of different specifications, rapid production switching can be achieved only by replacing the corresponding fixtures and tools. At the same time, laser positioning and visual guidance technologies are adopted in the assembly process to ensure assembly accuracy.
Inspection link: In addition to conventional pressure and flow detection, temperature simulation detection is also added. By simulating the performance of expansion valves at different working temperatures, it is ensured that the product can work normally under various environmental conditions. Inspection data is uploaded to the cloud database in real time for quality tracing and analysis.
