PT sensor assembly and testing time manufacturing automation solution
The design of the assembly line for electric vehicle PT sensor focuses on flexibility and high efficiency.
Feeding and transportation: The automated logistics system is used to quickly transport sensor parts from the warehouse to the assembly line through conveyor belts and robotic arms. During the transportation process, QR code recognition technology is used to classify and track parts to ensure the accuracy and traceability of parts.
Assembly workstation: A flexible assembly workstation is designed, which can be quickly adjusted according to the needs of different products. For sensor housings and sensitive elements of different sizes, rapid production switching can be achieved by replacing fixtures and adjusting program parameters. At the same time, a vision system and force feedback technology are adopted to ensure the accuracy and stability of the assembly process.
Inspection link: In addition to conventional pressure and temperature detection, vibration testing and electromagnetic compatibility testing are also added. The vibration test simulates the vibration environment of the car during driving to ensure the reliability of the sensor under harsh conditions. The electromagnetic compatibility test ensures that the sensor works normally in a complex electromagnetic environment. The detection data is automatically uploaded to the enterprise's quality management system to facilitate real-time monitoring and analysis of product quality.
Production line layout: A linear layout is adopted, and each workstation is arranged in sequence to make the production process clearer and more efficient.
