Product Details

The Reliance 0-60007-2 is a Drive Power Supply module. This is often used in high-power SA3000 modules with distributed power systems. The 0-60007-2 is rated 115 VAC. Typically this is marked as a Reliance component, but it is possible that it may be marked with either the Baldor-Reliance or Asea Brown Boveri name and/or logo. The part number will always reflect 60007-2.

The 0-60007-2 has a front faceplate attached to the circuit board portion of the module. The faceplate is double-wide and has a green LED indicator mounted in its top left corner. The bottom left edge is populated by a four position terminal strip with its own cover. A small indicator LED is located above this component. The terminals on the strip are labeled L1/L2 115 VAC Input and L1/L2 115 VAC Output to Fan.

On the right side of the board, the 0-60007-2 is populated by five inductor coils, two heat sinks, a transformer, along with resistors, diodes, transistors, and capacitors. It also as a SAF Series Air Velocity Switch rated 50 FPM. The left side is populated by a metal carrier that is populated by two transformers, an inductor coil, transistors, high-voltage capacitors that use several different materials, disk capacitors, transistors, and resistors. This carrier also has a five-position connector with wired connections threaded through the back of the board. A right-angled connector is located along the rear edge of the board.
