F19010 FORD AC Condenser ESCAPE(KUGA)1.6T OEM: CV6119710FD
Product Description:
Construction: The condenser in the FORD ESCAPE(KUGA)1.6Ttypically incorporates the following components:
Tubes: In the condenser, refrigerant gas passes through microscopic tubes to improve heat exchange. These tubes have a bigger surface area and are designed to efficiently conduct heat.
Fins: To maximize heat dissipation and surface area, the tubes are outfitted with thin metal fins. By transferring heat from the refrigerant to the surrounding air, they improve cooling efficiency.
There are two refrigerant connections on the condenser: one on the high-pressure side and one on the low-pressure side. During the cooling process, these connectors allow refrigerant to enter and exit the condenser.
Brackets for mounting the condenser: Brackets hold the condenser to the car's chassis or radiator support, providing stability and appropriate alignment with other components.
