Features:
A.PLC automatic control, touch screen operation, humanized control interface makes the operation and parameter setting simple and fast, and has error prompt and self-diagnosis functions.
B. The size of the package can be adjusted through the touch screen.
C. When the wrapping paper skin is used up, it will stop and alarm (the touch screen shows the reason for alarm). The machine is equipped with the packaging film docking device for ensuring the convenience and speed of paper skin replacement
D. The packing bag seal adopts the principle of heating and pressing. The heating temperature of horizontal seal and vertical seal can be adjusted independently and the temperature can be displayed.
E. On the control panel, there is an on-off button of compressed air, the machine will stop automatically when the air pressure is lower than the minimum set pressure, and the fault cause will be displayed;
F. The speed is set by the operator, and the number of qualified products on shifts and the total output on shifts are visually displayed on the touch screen;

While ROTY team member arrives at the site for a complete and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within 5 working days excluding travel days. The actual installation days may vary, based on different machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours..
ROTY provide free parts and parts delivery, when manufacture defects has been detected during normal operation (vulnerable parts not included) under warranty period.
We will provide free training to your technician free of charge at our factory site in Shanghai, China. The total training period would be 2 working days. All travel and related expensed would be at the purchaser’s expense.
