Clutch Master Cylinder Installation Guide

1. Preparation & Safety: Ensure the vehicle is stable and engine off. Gather tools, new cylinder, gaskets, and fluid. Disconnect battery to avoid sparks.

2. Removal: Drain clutch fluid. Unbolt the old master cylinder, being cautious around hoses and brackets. Disconnect all electrical connections and fluid lines.

3. Installation: Fit the new cylinder, aligning with brackets and bolts. Secure tightly. Reattach fluid lines, bleed system, and refill reservoir.

4. Testing: Reconnect battery. Pump clutch pedal to build pressure. Check for leaks and proper pedal feel. Adjust if needed.

5. Final Check: Road test vehicle to ensure clutch engagement and disengagement are smooth and responsive.
