Standard:

The tracking index apparatus is designed and manufactured to perform the test specified in the norm IEC 60112 ("method for determining the comparative and the proof tracking index of solid insulating materials under moist conditions") and many others standards ( IEC 60335, IEC 60065, IEC 60745, IEC 61029 ) to determine compliance with safety requirements related to solid insulating materials under moist conditions.

Feature:

Tracking index tester which is also called as tracking tester is for the determination of the proof and comparative tracking indices of solid insulating materials on pieces taken from parts of equipment and on plaques of material using alternating voltages. By providing comparative tracking index (CTI), proof tracking index (PTI), electrical erosion (as required), the tester can help people to evaluation the safety of electrical apparatus.

Application:
