Introduction of Ceramic Component Helium Detection System:
The ceramic component leak detection system uses a touch screen and button switches for display and control. The workpiece is manually placed, and one product is tested at a time. Different specifications of products are tested by changing the leak detection fixture. During system leak detection, the workpiece to be inspected is manually placed on the leak detection fixture, which is connected to the leak detector through the leak detection switching valve. After the workpiece security positioning, the cylinder descends and pushes the helium nozzle to compress the workpiece. Then start the auxiliary pump and start vacuuming the interior of the workpiece. Then the leak detector continues to evacuate and clear the background. When the leak detector reaches the background value, the equipment sprays helium gas. The leak detector makes a leakage rate judgment based on the penetration of helium gas.
