The operator manually connects the helium filling connector and presses the start button. After the helium filling light is on, the operator holds a suction gun to scan the workpiece. When the suction gun detects a helium leak in a certain area, the system will automatically alarm. At this time, the operator needs to mark the leak until the entire workpiece is scanned by the operator. Then press the helium recovery button. After the helium recovery light is on, the operator manually removes the joint from the workpiece and places the OK and NG workpieces separately. The detection process is completed.
