Application:
The test bench can perform simulated wiper tests for rain, light rain, moderate rain, heavy rain and snow based on the user's test standards. It can not only perform vehicle tests on different models, but also test related components of different models to detect whether their quality and durability meet the requirements of technical indicators, so as to achieve product quality control. Feature:
- The test bench can do the durability test of the whole vehicle or the front and rear wiper assembly for T53, PICASSO, N7, R23 and other models.
- The test bench environment box can perform environmental simulation tests such as rain type (drenched rain, light rain, moderate rain, heavy rain) and snow type (a mechanical stop is placed at the initial position of the wiper to simulate the effect of snow resistance).
- The test bench is controlled by an industrial computer to complete the durability cycle test of rain and snow. A basic cycle includes: water spray-motor low speed-stop water spray-motor high speed-stop water spray-motor stop.
- Compile corresponding test procedures according to different vehicle models and test standards, conduct continuous or intermittent tests, and complete the start and stop, fast, slow, intermittent wiper and other functional actions of the front/rear wiper.
- The test method is divided into two types: manual single-step control test process and fully automatic running program, which is easy to operate.
- In the test process, real-time detection of the current and voltage of the wiper motor to monitor the working status of the motor; detection of the flow and pressure of the water supply to ensure the normal operation of the system. Equipped with an angular displacement sensor to measure the change in the angle of the wiper motor output shaft.
- When the above monitoring parameters encounter abnormal conditions, the system has automatic alarm and shutdown functions; it can also be manually stopped.
- The system records test data regularly, and has the function of automatically saving test data even when the power is suddenly cut off.
