Leak Testing Equipment Clam-Shell Hydrogen And Nitrogen Leak Detection System

Overview:

This protocol describes a clam-shell hydrogen and nitrogen leak detection system for piping leak detection. This test system consists of:

(1) One hose

(2) One test bench with two test stations

(3) Fixtures for two kinds of workpiece. Leak Testing Equipment

Clam-shell method. The test system has 2 test modes for option:

1. The entire workpiece is detected together, no need to find the leak point.

2. Each weld of the workpiece is detected in turn, and the leak point is known.
