Differential Pressure With Flow Characteristics Oil Filter Test Machine ISO 4548-1:2002
Product Overview:
The Differential Pressure / Flow Characteristics Test Machine for Fuel Filter is used for testing to determine the pressure drop/flow characteristics of full-flow lubricating oil filters for internal combustion engines.
The test is performed with oils at two viscosities, one to assess the performance of a filter with a cold oil and the other to assess its performance with oil at a typical operating temperature. Auto Parts Test Equipment
Test Principle:
Adjust the test liquid to the set temperature through a heater or cooler. The pressure pump pumps the test liquid into the tested filter for circulation, during the test, 5-8 flow points and differential pressure values are read according to the test specification. And passed the same operation specification test and numerical admission of the two liquids. Automatically generate differential pressure and flow characteristic graph and test reports.
Standard:
The Differential Pressure / Flow Characteristics Test Machine for Fuel Filter meet the standard of ISO 4548-1:2002, GB 8243-1. Auto Parts Test Equipment
Filter to be tested:
A. Spin-on cartridge filters in which the replaceable unit does not include a cast head (it may or may not include the element by-pass valve)
B. Spin-on cartridge filters in which the replaceable unit does incorporates a cast head that includes the element by-pass valve.
C. Other filters, usually of the replacement element type and usually including their own cast head. Auto Parts Test Equipment
