Principle and Process: This helium leak testing equipment, based on the principle of using helium as a tracer gas, seals and separates the two sides of the battery end cover. Helium surrounds one side, and the leak detector captures helium signals from the evacuated side of the end cover to determine the overall leakage condition between the two sides, especially focusing on whether there is leakage between the terminal wire passing through the end cover and the end cover itself.
