Dual-Chamber Vacuum Helium Leak Detection Equipment with Automatic Recovery System for Leak Testing of Equipment
Basic Principle: Helium is used as a tracer gas to fill the workpiece in a vacuum chamber for leak detection. The helium signal in the vacuum chamber is detected by a helium leak detector to achieve rapid and accurate determination of the overall leakage situation of the workpiece.
Operation Process: The operator pushes the workpiece into the vacuum chamber, connects the quick-connect coupling inside the chamber to the workpiece interface, presses the close chamber button, and the system automatically completes the entire process of gross leak detection, evacuation, micro-leak detection, helium recovery, etc.
Background Cleaning Technology:
A unique background cleaning technology is employed to thoroughly clean the vacuum chamber and associated piping after each inspection cycle, ensuring stability of the helium background signal.
Calibration Technology:
An automatic calibration system facilitates regular and precise calibration, accurately determining the overall leak rate of the workpiece.
A standard leak hole (designated for daily inspections) simulates the workpiece being tested, enabling online calibration of system accuracy, ensuring system stability and reliability.
User-Friendly Operation:
The system integrates process automation technology with electrical automatic control, allowing the entire workpiece inspection process to be automatically controlled by PLC and a touchscreen interface.
Operators only need to load and unload workpieces, with the PLC program automatically evaluating each step and proceeding to the next based on preset conditions, eliminating the need for human intervention.
Quality Assurance:
The fully automated inspection process eliminates the need for human judgment and execution, reducing the influence of human factors on inspection results, ensuring consistency, objectivity, stability, and repeatability.
The system is equipped with a 1.0×10^-6 mbar·l/s standard leak hole, with relevant certificates issued by the National Institute of Metrology, China, ensuring traceability to the national standard and third-party recognition of the system's leak detection capabilities.
