Vacuum Oil Presser With Filter Device,Spiral Oil Expeller,Screw Press Machine
This is senior and upgrade type of YTZY60V-150V series,self-provided infrared temperature control system and vacuum filter system.
The automatic oil extractor (vacuum filter press) is mainly controlled by automatic electric, and the main engine is made of high quality material. Its advanced processing and production improves the oil output rate, and its performance is superior to that of the ordinary screw press. It is composed of feed hopper, gear box, press cage, press screw shaft, frame, thermostat and oil filter system.
Its working principle is to make use of the continuous propulsion of the feed embryo in the press chamber and the change of the volume of the space in the press chamber from large to small, but it is subjected to great extrusion pressure, thus squeezing the oil out of the embryo and discharging it from the slot and round oil tank. The crude oil discharged into the filter barrel, after the filter barrel oil is filled, the operation and filtration are carried out, thus achieving the function of extracting oil and filtering oil simultaneously.
This oil extractor has the advantages of compact structure, large output, high oil yield and convenient operation and maintenance.
Suitable for cold and hot press.
Oil extraction Process of Rape Crops:
The pressing method of raw materials: all raw materials are divided into cold pressing and hot pressing. In order to improve the oil yield and the quality of oil products, hot pressing is the main method.
Hot pressing: Rapeseed - Selecting - squeezing embryo - steaming and frying - squeezing
Cold pressing: Rapeseed - selecting - embryo squeezing - pressing

2. Power Equipped
This series of oil presses are equipped with Y-series motor and three-phase alternating current power supply of 50Hz and 380V.
If the diesel of same power is used in the machine, proper speed change is required so as to achieve the required rotation speed of
squeezing screw shaft.
