EcoSEP Filter Bags are the most economic conventional filter bags with simple bag structure. It applies to the removing particles of various sizes. PP, PE needle felt bags applies to nominal precision filtration, NM nylon mesh bags applies to filtration at low ratings, PX, EX multifilament filter bags applies to absolute efficiency filtration at high filtration rating. EcoSEP has three sizes, filter area is 0.1m2, 0.25m2 and 0.5m2. It follows international standards and is compatible to bag filter housings of current mainstream brands. Optional media is PP, PE, NM, PX and EX.

[Depth Filtration] Filtration layer consists of crossing fine fibers by kind of froming rules, is good at removing small solid particles and some soft impurites. It observably clarifies the liquid and is a kind of disposable filtration media. The depth space has stronger dirty holding capacity. It applies to liquid filtration of normal and low viscosity at high filtration ratings.

[Mesh Surface Filtration] Filter layer consists of smooth rigid mesh weaved by monofilament and the surface mesh is usually

square hole type. It is good to remove larger solid particles. Particle larger than mesh size will be blocked and particles smaller than mesh size pass easily. The mesh surface filtration has the screening function at set. The filter cake on the mesh surface is easy to strip and clean and the mesh filter media can be reused for several times after cleaning.
