(2) Arc spraying principle

Principle:Two sprayed Zinc wires do self-consumption electrode, and then arc which burns on the end of the wire material melts the wire which is sent into equably. Then through the compressed air, atomize the melting wire material to small particles that uniformly distribute and gush to workpiece stroke coating. When spraying, it needs to intersect a certain angle (usually 30-60°). Continuous sent two zinc wire respectively connects the positive and negative of the power. The end of the wire contacts the striking of arc, under the action of the power supply, Arc keep stable combustion, and at the back of the Arc occurrence point, let the melting wire atomize to particles through high-speed compressed air, and then spray into the base material surface which is after pretreatment, finally form the coating.
