AIS Beidou Marine Navigation Monitoring Control Platform is based on the electronic chart as a display platform, and integrates data transmission, data distribution, data storage, data filtering, data mining, electronic chart display and other technologies to achieve dynamic monitoring of ships, AIS Beacon telemetry and remote control, through this system to obtain dynamic information (position information, ROT, COG, etc.), static information (vessel name, MMSI, IMO, etc.) and navigation-related information (number of people, draft, etc.) It provides convenience for real-time monitoring of ships on the water and improves the work efficiency of management personnel.

Mariner in the broadcasting region are provided with crucial Message 21 information (as defined by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU)) such as AtoN operational status and positioning.

In addition, the AIS enabled AtoN broadcasts AIS Message 6 received by the designated base station, allowing the operator to monitor the AtoN for solar and battery voltage, flash code setting and light status.

WelandSignalTM is able to support real, synthetic and virtual transmissions. GPS or Beidou are installed when AtoN installed in deep sea.
