A: Normally, it takes 5 days for sample and then 10 days for mass production.But more order quantity /or a unique product may require more production time. Feel free to send the design to us for an estimate. Rush service is available upon request.

Q: I already have a design, how can I send it to you?
A: You can email us with specification you want. We accept all types of file formats including ai, eps, jpg, pdf, doc, docx, bmp, and others.

Q. I need some very urgent, how fast you can produce it?
A: For most items, it will need only 7~10 days when in a rush. Depending on your item, we will check schedule
and get a fastest production time for you.
