This load bank is designed to discharge batteries with a precisely controlled current – adjustable from zero to the maximum rated value – while keeping the battery voltage under control.
The control board measures the total capacity (Ah) discharged from the battery while the individual cell voltages are constantly monitored during the complete discharge cycle.

JET-AG 48B30 Battery Capacity Tester, is for 48V battery bank, and discharge current is max 300A.

It performs constant current and constant power discharging to help us know batteries’ capacity exactly, and real-time display the parameters during testing. Load Bank is widely used in telecommunication station, data center, UPS system and etc.

Key Functions

• On-line monitoring function

When the battery pack is under the state of online discharge, uniform charge or floating charge, it performs real-time online monitoring for all cells. The monitoring items include pack voltage, cell voltage, pack charge/discharge current, pack charge/discharge capacity, pack monitoring time, and etc.

It can also monitor the temperature and to better known the state of each cell. (optional function)

• Discharge function:

The battery pack is removed from system. It performs constant current discharge after setup the parameters. It shows real-time data, such as discharge current, discharge time, discharge capacity, pack voltage, cell voltage, and etc. Discharging can be stopped by the set parameters or artificially.
