Why a load testing?

A load testing is part of the maintenance for a generator.

There are multiple reasons generator should undergo a load bank test on an annual basis, including but not limited to the following:

• Verifies the generator capabilities opposed to just routinely starting it up.
• Problems discovered early can be significantly less expensive and prevents future major issues.
• Helps to avoid wet-stacking and cleans out carbon deposits.
• Verifies the engine cooling systems will perform while under load.

◆ Overheating and over current protection function, it can turn off load, terminate discharging and alarm automatically when over temperature and over current.
