particles in the filter medium.

The liquid flows in from the filter inlet, flows from top to bottom, and flows through the surface

of the filter element to the outlet; when a certain amount of impurities are collected on the surface

of the filter element, the motor drives the scraper equipped with the corrector to rotate close to

the surface of the filter element to scrape off the impurities. The descending liquid gathers in the

collection chamber.When a certain amount of impurities accumulate, the automatic drain valve

opens the collection chamber,discharges the liquid containing high-concentration impurities, and

discharges the residual liquid for recycling or discharge.

Note: Internal scraping type means the scraper is inside the filter element, external scraping type

means the scraper is outside the filter element.

Water enters through the inlet, first passes through the coarse filter to remove larger particles

of impurities, and then reaches the fine filter. During the filtration process, the fine filter gradually

accumulates dirt and impurities in the water, forming a filter impurity layer. Since the impurity

layer accumulates on the inside of the fine filter, a pressure difference is formed between the

inner and outer sides of the fine filter. . When the pressure difference of the filter reaches the

preset value, the automatic cleaning process will start. During this period, the clean water supply

continues to flow, the cleaning valve opens, and the water pressure in the cleaning chamber

and the suction device drops significantly. Through the connection between the filter cartridge

and the suction pipe, Due to the pressure difference, a suction force is generated through the

suction nozzle between the sewage suction pipe and the cleaning chamber, forming a sewage

suction process. At the same time, the electric motor drives the sewage suction pipe to make

spiral motion in the axial direction. The combination of axial movement and rotational movement

of the suction cleaner completely cleans the entire inner surface of the filter screen. The entire

flushing process only takes tens of seconds. The drain valve closes at the end of cleaning. The

filter begins preparing for the next flush cycle.
