Containerized Mobile Packing Machine, Bagging and Cargo Handling Equipment

Introduction

Working Principle:
The materials are conveyed into hopper by conveying unit and fed in big, middle, and small feeding speed through pneumatic arc gate. When materials in weighing hopper reach preset value, load cell sends signal and arc gate closes, the discharging valve on the bottom of weighing hopper opens, then materials are immediately fed into bag. Clamping unit opens, packed bags are conveyed to sealing unit by conveyor and the system will return back to original station and begin next packing.

Mobile bagging machine is widely used for bulk packaging in the ports,docks, grain depots, mines, and will help you out of the problem,simply put which will help you in three ways.

a) Good mobility.With container structure, all devices are integrated in two containers, it is very conveniently for you to transit to anywhere you want.After it finishes its work,you can take it to next working place easily.

b) Save time and space.With container structure,all devices are integrated in two containers, which needs less space.All machines in the containers have been installed and debugged before leaving the factory, Also they don't need a base foundation,which really help you save a lot of time.
