Introduction

Bulk/big/ton bag unloader used in chemical industry, plastics, rubber, pharmaceutical, food and other industries of powder and granular material in the ton bag unpacking discharging operation, such as a large bag (ton bag) plastic resin, carbon black powder and granular materials and food additives and other dry powder and granular materials unpacking and discharging.

Bulk bag unloading station is mainly to solve the impact of flying dust on the environment during the bag opening process, and reduce labor intensity of the workers. This system not only effectively protects the environment and reduces the working intensity, but also improves the production efficiency, and solves the phenomenon that materials in the bulk bags are caking and difficult to discharge due to moisture absorption during the bag opening process.

For JLSG telescopic chute, single unit’s normal working capacity is 50t/h-1000t/h. And users must provide the required telescopic chute length.
