This Palletizer(or palletiser) is the equipment which can automatically stack the bags, cartons or other packaging materials transported by the conveyor according to the working way of the customers' requirements, and transport the materials to be stacked. Automatic stacking, stacking multi-layer, and then push out facilitate for forklifts transport to the warehouse.

The device uses PLC + touch screen control, intelligent operation and management, simple and easy to master. Can greatly reduce labor and reduce labor intensity.

Turn bag shaped conveyor:

This belt conveyor make the bag turn down and shapped the bag to the next work position. It will be necessary and easy for robot to pick up.

Weight check scale:

The maximum checking weight for this check scale can load 150kgs. It is used for checking the bag weight in case there is something wrong in the filling work position. It can guarantee the qualification rate of factory products.

Pallet dispenser:

* There is a lifting construction below the pallet. There are 10 pallet can be put on this machine.And there is a conveyor beside for transporting to the next working position.
* The whole system finish the action for pallet storage, dispenser and conveyor.
