Screw elevator: driven by motor, hopper size tailor-made, it provides a good sealing environment, protects powder from pollution.

Auger filler: driven by the servomotor, it has a sensor to ensures the product level inside the hopper, and is very convenient to clean.

Film releasing part: air shaft fix the film tightly, at the same time the film releasing motor drive it to pull the film up smoothly, when the film runs out, the machine will send the alarm single. Printing and mark sensor: you can print production date/ batch number/ place of origin/ etc. Max. 4 lines character are acceptable, and you can choose the printer brand as well; mark sensor through capturing the color mark to tell machine the bag length.

Film correction mechanism: when misalignment of the back seal/deformation of the bag happen, the positioning sensor senses the change of the film position, a worker operating through the touch screen, and the mechanism will auto change the film position rightly.

Bag former: within the acceptable range, different ba sizes can be made by changing the bag former, and the replacement process is very simple.remark: quad seal bag can't share the same machine with pillow type bag.

Horizontal sealing mechanism: it has sealing cooler/ air deflating device, the surface pattern of the horizontal sealing mold can be changed according to bag design. Electric cabinet: different configuration level can be made basis on the customer demands.the electric and pneumatic control device are separately in the different cabinets.
