Product Description

● Based on phenolic resin,mineral dust filled,modified with graphite
● Designed for core parts of gas meters and petrol meters
● Reliable with auto-lubricant effect
● Dimensional stability over time despite temperature change or humidity changes
● low water absorption

Phenolic Moulding Compound are produced with with heated rollers or extruders.Treatment of a mixture of phenolic novolac resin,hexamethylenetetramine, fillers and additives leads to an intermediate, the actual moulding material. The polycondensation is driven so far that the moulding material in the final molding step can still flow, but so that the final cross-linking occurs very quickly. Especially important processing properties are good flow characteristics and rapid curing.
