Bakelite Phenolic Resin Powder CNSL modified for Brake Pads

Product description

Bakelite Phenolic resins Powder CNSL modified are synthetic polymers formed as condensation products of phenol,Cashew Nutshell Liquid and Formaldehydes under acidic condition. The CNSL modified resin with increased flexibility and water repellencey will reudce the brake noise largely. The resin is novolac resins,which require a curing agent - often hexamethylenetetramine or hexa.So it is milled into powder and re-mixed with Hexa

Application

It is recommended for the production of friction materials(disk pads,brake linings and clutch facings) required improved stability at high temperature and low wear,reduced noise and judder.
