Product description

Bakelite Phenolic resins Powder are synthetic polymers obtained by the reaction of phenol with formaldehyde under acidic condition .It is novolac resin and milled into powder and re-mixed with Hexa. These resins require a curing agent often hexamethylenetetramine or hexa.

Application

Bakelite Phenolic resins Powder are suited to both cold and hot compression molding for the production of a range of cut-off wheels, including those utilizing glass fabric prepregs for reinforcement.Powdered resins with a short flow and low hexamine content give good cutting properties
