After molding line, the egg yolk pie are arranged on the belt before steel band tunnel oven, after brushing liquid egg yolk, the egg yolk pie are infeed to tunnel oven, After baking, the egg yolk pie are cooled by cooling belt before enter into packing machines.
Baking effect is the key to producing the perfect product. Saimai’s tunnel oven has independent temperature control in each zone to ensure that the product coming out of the oven has a uniform texture and color.The working parameters can be adjusted while machines are running, to further reduce stoppages. When running at steady state our ovens require no operator presence, and the efficient insulation system saves energy.
